These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the use of the System Engineers Cutting and Welding Pvt. Ltd. Platform (“System Engineers,” “we,” “our,” and/or “us”) and constitute an agreement between you, whether as a prospect, client, partner, candidate, or casual visitor (“User”, “You”) to access services offered through the System Engineers Platform (“Services” or “Platform”).

We consider this to be a contract between System Engineers Cutting and Welding Pvt. Ltd. and You if You use the Platform or any of the Services. These Terms supplement any additional agreement executed between You and Us or with our partners. By using the Platform or Services, You confirm your acceptance of these Terms. If You do not agree, You must not use the Platform. Use of the Platform is void where prohibited.

Data Processing You acknowledge and agree that We may collect and process your personal data in connection with the Services. Processing will comply with our [Privacy Policy] and any applicable Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

Additional Policies We may provide additional terms and policies tailored to your use of the Platform. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms. Please review regularly.

Registration Depending on your user type (partner, client, candidate):

You’ll be granted access once you agree to these Terms and set your own password.

You are solely responsible for maintaining confidentiality and accuracy of your information. By registering, you confirm that: You are responsible for all technical arrangements and those using your internet connection comply with these Terms.

You are not registering again after being banned or terminated for violations.

You will keep your account information updated and secure.

Platform Usage Restrictions You agree to:

Comply with these Terms and applicable laws.
Provide truthful, updated information.

Use the Platform professionally.
You must not: Use the Platform unlawfully or harmfully.
Upload malicious software or disclose unauthorized data.
Copy, reproduce, or republish Platform content without consent.
Interfere with Platform systems or third-party infrastructure.
User Content
You may provide content (“User Content”) on the Platform. You grant Us a worldwide, sub-licensable right to process such content for service delivery.
You are fully responsible for your content.
We are not responsible for moderating content and disclaim any liability for offensive, harmful, or inaccurate content.
We reserve the right to remove content at our discretion.

Our Proprietary Rights All Platform content (software, visuals, text, trademarks, etc.) excluding your User Content is the exclusive property of System Engineers Cutting and Welding Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. You are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce it without our permission.

Indemnity You agree to indemnify and hold harmless System Engineers, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims or damages arising from:

Your use of the Platform
Violation of these Terms
Infringement of third-party rights
Breach of laws or misuse of your account

No Warranty The Platform is provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

Accuracy or reliability of content
Uninterrupted or error-free access
Protection from viruses or harmful elements
We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance without liability.
Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, System Engineers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

Loss of profits or data
Security breaches
Service interruptions
Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous 12 months.

General Terms
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Delhi, India.

Jurisdiction: All disputes shall be subject to courts in Faridabad, India.

Non-Solicitation: For 12 months after your termination, you agree not to solicit other users away from the Platform.

Severability: If any part of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the rest remains effective.

No Waiver: Failure to enforce any right doesn’t waive it.

Computer Viruses You are responsible for using anti-virus tools when accessing the Platform. We are not liable for any harm caused by malware, viruses, or malicious software.

Entire Agreement These Terms, along with any other applicable policies or agreements, constitute the entire agreement between You and System Engineers Cutting and Welding Pvt. Ltd.
