The complete line typically includes the following major components:
H-Beam Assembly Machine – Aligns and tacks web and flange plates into an “H” shape
H-Beam Welding Machine – Performs high-quality Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) on both sides of the beam
H-Beam Straightening Machine – Corrects distortions in flanges caused by welding heat
With hydraulic clamping systems, servo-controlled rollers, and a PLC-based central control, this fabrication line ensures perfect beam alignment, strong weld seams, and minimized deformation. The line supports different sizes and thicknesses of beams and allows operators to adjust parameters easily via a user-friendly HMI (Human Machine Interface).
