The Cut to Length (CTL) Line Machine is a high-performance coil processing system designed to uncoil, level, and cut metal coils into flat sheets of precise lengths. The CTL line processes coils of carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, galvanized steel, and other alloys, delivering consistently flat sheets with high dimensional accuracy. It integrates key modules including decoiler, pinch roll feeder, straightener/leveler, loop pit, measuring system, shearing unit, and stacking system.
Controlled by a PLC and touchscreen HMI, the system offers automated length setting, feed speed adjustment, and synchronized operations for enhanced efficiency and precision. Advanced versions also support high-speed shearing, rotary flying shear, and servo feeding technologies.
